“I chose the wrong fabric. Can I still cancel?”

Right, then. Before production starts, a wrong fabric or piping choice is fixed with one message: the new body fabric code and the new piping code. The workshop updates the order. No cancellation, no refund, no second checkout.

Send both codes even if only one is changing. 'L24 body, L53 piping' leaves nothing to guess; 'the blue one with lighter piping' leaves everything.

Yes. Piping moved from L-8 to L-10 on one order and was switched to match the body on another. Piping-only changes are checked with the production team before they're confirmed, and the confirmation comes back to you by message.

    Yes, if the order hasn't gone into production: a new fabric code, piping color or thickness is noted on the order. Once the fabric has been cut, the change can't be made.

    Yes, before production. Swaps such as velvet 126 ice blue with soft 909 white piping, N23 for N28, and off-white sofa covers replaced with mustard were all made without trouble.

    Usually not, as long as production hasn't started. Extra covers were switched from blue and sage to brown after one order, and when the workshop confirmed L-09 fabric with T-317 piping before production, the piping was changed to 113 at that point.

    Usually yes, until it ships. Send the exact color name or number from the chart and the workshop checks with production. If it's already packed, it ships as ordered and extra covers are the fix.
