    Step 4 of 4

    Where should the workshop reply?

Only for this request: no marketing calls or texts. Needed unless you pick email below.

    How should the workshop reply?

Helps the workshop include shipping in the quote.

We use these details only to answer this request and make your cushion: your name and contact details, the cushion details and photos you send, the page you came from and the ad or link that brought you, if any. The workshop that makes the cushions receives them. We don't sell them or share them for advertising, and we delete requests after 24 months. Privacy notice for requests.

Nothing is made or charged until you approve the details.

    Questions before you send it

Do I need measurements before I send this?

No. The workshop goes over the sizes with you when they reply. If you already have them, put them in the notes. Measure the seat or the frame, not the old cushion, and a photo with a tape measure in view answers most questions.

My seat isn't square. What do I choose?

Pick the shape that looks closest: trapezoid for a seat narrower at the back, rounded corners for curved fronts, bay window for three angled sections. If nothing fits, choose "Something else", describe it in the notes and add a photo.

    Can I send photos later?

Yes. Send the request now and add photos when the workshop replies, by email or by the chat channel you picked.

What happens after I send this?

The workshop reads your request and replies by the channel you chose to go over size, fabric, foam and piping, and to agree the price with you. Nothing is made or charged until you approve the details.
