Can the floor sofa ship to Germany or elsewhere in the EU?

Reading the forecast, not the listing
A listing note is like last week's weather report. The sofa listing said 'ships worldwide' long after the route had closed, and buyers only found out when checkout refused them. Ask before you plan a room around it.
