“Can I have a second color for the seasons?”

Yes, and it is one of the loveliest reasons to ask. Order the cushion as usual, then message the second color. A private link comes back for the extra cover at about half the cushion price, which is less than the separate cover-only listing.

The bench that came out too dark

A buyer messaged the workshop after the bench cushions and lumbar pillows arrived. Nothing was wrong with the sewing; the fabric was simply darker than they had pictured, and they regretted it. Because the shop had the sizes, it made replacement covers in a new color, priced close to cost, with an optional non-slip base on the bench covers. Let one color speak and the others listen, and if the first one spoke too loudly, change it.

Can spare cushion covers go in the washing machine?

Yes. Every cushion and cover has a hidden zipper, so covers come off completely and can be machine washed at 86°F (30°C) or lower. Only tufted cushions are sewn closed, with no removable cover to swap.

Will a spare cover fit my own insert snugly?

Usually. The fabric is slightly stretchy, so covers are cut about 3/8 to 3/4 in (1-2 cm) under the measured thickness for a tight look. Measure with any existing cover on, and say whether your insert is foam or fiber-filled.

How are cover sets ordered later priced?

Per set. Past quotes covered two seat cushions with five back pillows, a custom sofa with its ottoman, and a single ottoman cover. Tell the shop what you want covered and in which color, and it quotes from the sizes it already has.
