Why a sale missed by an hour is not gone

A sale ends on a clock, my friend, and clocks are not people. When a buyer writes within the hour, the workshop has turned the sale back on or made a private link at the old price. When the price dropped right after someone paid, it refunded the difference.

The cart price that had just expired

A buyer in the US had a 20 x 48 in (51 x 122 cm) set in the cart at a sale price, then received a custom quote that came back higher. The sale had ended in between. The workshop reactivated it and made a custom order link at the sale price.

How long can a missed sale price be held?

A few days has been the usual hold, enough for buyers who could pay a little later. For a longer wait, buying now at the sale price with a later delivery has been the other route.

Could the currency explain a price that looks wrong?

Sometimes. One buyer saw a different currency on the website than in the app, so the first request was to check it. Compare both prices in one currency before deciding a sale was missed.
