Why the smaller pillow costs the same
Each custom piece carries a minimum production price, whatever its size. So an 18 x 18 in pillow costs the same as a 20 x 20 in. That surprises folks, but the needle makes the same trip around a small pillow as a big one.
The quote for a set also assumes everything ships together in one package. Shipping is one of the biggest costs, so the same pillows ordered on their own later will cost more. Buy the cushion once, cry once, my friend, and put the pillows in the same box.
