# Dusty rose corduroy on a bedroom storage bench, and where the money should go

## Why rose on terracotta costs nothing and looks expensive

## Four matching bench seats, and a picture before the order

A buyer wrote in about four matching bench seats, each 47 1/4 x 15 3/4 in (120 x 40 cm), in beige linen with bordeaux piping. Before anything was cut, the workshop sent a picture of that exact pairing, wine against sand, so the buyer could see the contrast instead of imagining it.

The quote came down for the set of four. Then checkout misbehaved: it showed a total above the agreed figure and refused a quantity of four. The workshop corrected the stock and prices on the listing, and the order went through as agreed.

**The workshop's answer:** Yes. It was quoted as one custom L-shaped bay cushion from exactly those three numbers: 44 1/2 in (1.13 m), 74 3/4 in (1.9 m) and 22 3/4 in (58 cm) deep.

**A common question:** Could I use a corduroy bench cushion as a mattress on a cot?

**The workshop's answer:** Yes. Many customers sleep on cushions made from this corduroy and high-density foam and are happy with them, though comfort is a personal thing.
