## Before: a cream ledge. After: the seat everybody wants

On the reorder, the workshop compared the new numbers with the buyer's photo, saw that the space looked about 24 in wide, and asked them to measure again before cutting. The final cushion was 24 5/8 x 63 in (62.5 x 160 cm), and part of the reorder price was refunded. It arrived creased from the journey, and the advice was simple: no iron, the creases drop out on their own within 7 to 10 days.

## Buyer questions: whole-house quotes, valances and a wall for a backrest

**The workshop's answer:** Valances and window coverings aren't made, but the workshop can supply the same fabric so they match the seat cushion.

**A common question:** My bench has no backrest. Can a back cushion simply lean against the wall?

**The workshop's answer:** Yes. For a bench set in a room corner, the workshop made a 25 x 74 in (64 x 188 cm) seat with a back cushion and arm pillows, and the back cushion rests directly against the wall.
