# How to order a made-to-measure cushion

*Start a quote here, or message the workshop. They reply to confirm size, fabric, foam and piping before anything is made.*

The workshop team replies by the channel you choose to go over size, fabric, foam and piping, and agrees the price with you. Nothing is made or charged until you approve the details.

## Buyer questions

**A common question:** The size menu only lists ranges. Where do my fabric code and piping color go?

**The workshop's answer:** With the quote form you simply write them in the notes. If you order through the Etsy shop instead, write them in the personalization box, for example 'Main: L09, Piping: L24'. The workshop asks if a code is missing.

**A common question:** I picked one size range but typed a different exact size in the note. Which one gets made?

**The workshop's answer:** The exact size you typed. It is confirmed with you before production starts, and anything agreed in writing overrides a listing's defaults.

**A common question:** Could I see my cushion in a photo before it leaves the workshop?

**The workshop's answer:** Usually, yes. Ask the workshop and the finished pieces are photographed before they go out; custom shapes get measured final-check photos for your approval. It can't be promised on the busiest production days.

### Can I buy a cushion directly from CushionGuide?

### Do I need exact measurements before I ask?

No. The quote form asks what you would like made, its shape and any photos or notes. The workshop goes over the sizes with you before anything is cut; if you already have them, add them to the notes.
