Here is the Canadian run in one table, plus the two things worth checking before you press order.* Also asked as: Do you ship to Canada?; What would shipping cost to Canada? > **The quick answer:** Yes, custom cushions ship to Canada by express courier to your address, and the workshop states the shipping cost and delivery time with your quote. One Canada quote gave 4 to 6 business days after dispatch. Get both in writing and leave a margin before any date that matters. If checkout refuses Canada, check the delivery country saved on your account. ![Three-piece bay window cushion in cream fabric with small rust dash pattern on a white paneled seat between two sash windows](https://cushionguide.com/media/bay-window-cushions/three-piece-cream-rust-dash-bay-window-cushion-1600.webp "A cream and rust dash-pattern cushion is split into three pieces to follow a bay. Tufted or custom pieces take longer to make than plain ones, so name your date when you ask for the quote and it will state both. **A common question:** I placed two separate orders. Will they arrive together? **The workshop's answer:** Usually they ship separately, each with its own tracking. Ask before dispatch if you want them together; in past cases the workshop combined separate orders into one shipment. **A common question:** My sofa cushions came but the metal bars didn't. Where are they? **The workshop's answer:** The bars travel in a separate small box that can arrive on a different day or get overlooked. If they are really missing, send a photo of what arrived and ask the workshop how the replacement bars will ship. ## Questions buyers ask next ### How long is transit once a parcel leaves the workshop? One Canada quote gave 4 to 6 business days after dispatch. International parcels can meet customs checks, and busy weeks can add days, so treat any estimate as a planning figure rather than a promise. ### Can a custom order be timed for a specific event? There is no firm guarantee. In past cases the workshop prioritized production and timed dispatch for a buyer's date when it heard about the deadline before the order, so say it up front and leave some margin for the unexpected. ### What should I check if checkout rejects a Canadian address? Look at the delivery country saved on your account. Canada is a normal destination, so a message saying an item can't be delivered there points to the saved country, not the cushion. ## Related at the atelier - [Bay Window Cushion in Caramel Bouclé for Long Sitting](https://cushionguide.com/readings/caramel-trapezoid-bay-cushion-cream-piping-arched/): A bay window seat cushion for long sitting usually starts at the workshop's standard 4 in (10 cm), which most buyers find comfortable; 5 to 8 in are made when you want more. - [Bay Window Cushion in Tiger Stripe: How to Order a Curve Right](https://cushionguide.com/readings/curved-tiger-stripe-bay-window-cushion-arched-windows/): To order a bay window cushion right the first time, send every measurement on one labeled drawing, including straight ends and each slanted side, plus the exact fabric code. - [Bay Window Cushion With One Clipped Corner in a Bedroom](https://cushionguide.com/readings/hunter-green-clipped-bay-seat-cushion-bedroom/): A bay window cushion for a lopsided bay may need only one clipped corner: measure the back edge, the front edge and the depth at each end separately, then draw the shape. - [Big bays, long seats: where to split a large bay window cushion](https://cushionguide.com/concepts/large-bay-window-cushions/): A large bay window cushion longer than about 7.5 ft (2.3 m) is usually best made in two or more pieces, joined at a bay corner or at the midpoint. - [5-sided bay window cushions: working out angles, sections and seams](https://cushionguide.com/guides/5-sided-bay-window-cushion-calculator/): Measure a 5-sided bay window cushion edge by edge: every back segment, the short end returns, the front and the depth at each break, each with its own letter. - [My window seat has lift-up lids.
