# Can you add my size to the listing, and what is the 'Custom for...' option?

## Getting your size onto the menu, in order

1. Write your exact size, inches first, e.g. 20 x 38 in.
2. Message the workshop with that size and the listing you want.
3. When the reply comes, refresh the listing page: the new option is in the size menu.
4. Pick it, choose your fabric code and check out as usual.
5. Mention any extra to leave off, such as handles.

## Why a named option isn't yours to buy

A 'Custom for...' line in the size menu looks like an open door. It's a size cut and priced for a previous buyer, and it rarely matches your seat to the quarter inch. Ask for your own number instead, partner; it costs one message.

## Buyer questions

**A common question:** Your listing has no 11¾ x 47¼ in (30 x 120 cm) option. Can you make that size?

**The workshop's answer:** Pick the nearest listed size and the workshop makes your exact size, or ask and your size becomes a new option, as 36 x 72 in, 13.5 x 39.75 in and 48 x 79.5 in did. Extras like handles can be left off.

**A common question:** What does 'Custom for' plus someone's name mean in the size menu?

**The workshop's answer:** It's a size made for a previous customer. Tell the workshop the size you need and it will quote a price for you.

## Questions buyers ask next

### Do I have to message before ordering an unlisted cushion size?

Not always. For a size close to a listed one, order the nearest option and write your exact size in the note. For anything further off, message first so your size can be added or quoted.

### What if my cushion is bigger than the largest listed size?

Select the largest option and write your real size, or upload a drawing, and the cushion is made to it. Oversize pieces may get their own option or be priced as two units, yet still be sewn as one piece on request.

### Can a rectangular cushion listing be made square?

Yes. One buyer ordered the nearest listed size, 19¾ x 23½ in (50 x 60 cm), and had it made square at 22 x 22 in (56 x 56 cm). For bigger changes, ask for your size to be added.
